She brings an innovative approach to the ancient wisdom of Taoist energy cultivation practices in a fun, simple, and practical method.
Saida, through facilitating thousands of people globally, discovered that sexual energy is one of the most misunderstood and misused, yet abundant and creative resources available to everyone. Her Jade Goddess (for women), Jade Dragon (for men), and Tao of Bliss (for couples) programs, as well as her collaborations with several European schools and with the Divine Feminine Institute provide Saida with a creative challenge. All of her programs are designed both to create a solid foundation to center and cleanse the body, as well as to enable the practitioner to access and cultivate the potent sexual chi consciously.
Saida currently lives in Maui, Hawaii where she is continously exploring and deepening her own emobodiment of what she teaches. Along with her book, she has also released a CD Jade Goddess/Jade Egg Practices and a DVD Tao of Ener’chi. She enjoys an active lifestyle of sharing her practices and sense of adventure with her beloved husband, Mark, who is also a Universal Tao instructor. Saida also loves to read, write poetry, dance, attend interesting seminars, and is a dedicated practitioner of Qi Gong and meditation practices.
